On December 24, 2024, CCPIT Qinzhou Branch, Qinzhou Intermediate People's Court, Qinzhou People's Procuratorate, Qinzhou Judicial Bureau, Qinnan District People's Court and Qinzhou Arbitration Commission jointly set up the Qinzhou Multi-disciplinary Dispute Resolution Workshop for Foreign-Related Civil and Commercial Matters in Qinzhou Harbor People's Court of the Qinnan District, and held the inauguration ceremony. The establishment of Qinzhou Foreign-related Civil and Commercial Multi-disciplinary Dispute Resolution Workshop marks a new step in Qinzhou's foreign-related civil and commercial legal services, and provides international commercial subjects with more choices in terms of dispute resolution methods and paths.The establishment of Qinzhou Foreign-related Civil and Commercial Multi-disciplinary Dispute Resolution Workshop is a new method to actively promote the construction of a linked dispute resolution mechanism for foreign-related civil and commercial disputes that organically connects mediation, arbitration and litigation. Qinzhou Foreign-related Civil and Commercial Multi-disciplinary Dispute Resolution Workshop has formed six working mechanisms, including dispute early warning, pre-litigation mediation, joint mediation, entrusted mediation, judicial confirmation, arbitration confirmation, etc. Various departments will strengthen the linkage and synergy, protect the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese and foreign parties equally in accordance with the law, and continuously optimize the rule of law business environment for foreign-related disputes.In the next step, CCPIT Qinzhou Branch will take Qinzhou Foreign-related Civil and Commercial Multi-disciplinary Dispute Resolution Workshop as a carrier, give full play to the functions of the CCPIT system, jointly promote the integration of platforms and business synergies, promote the normal operation of the Qinzhou Foreign-related Civil and Commercial Dispute Resolution Mechanism, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the International Chamber of Commerce of Qinzhou (ICC-QINZHOU) and grassroots international chambers of commerce, thoroughly publicize the duties and functions of the Workshop, and guide the members to make use of the vocation-arbitration and mediation multidisciplinary dispute resolution methods to resolve legal disputes. The workshop will fully mobilize the active participation of the International Chamber of Commerce of Qinzhou and grassroots international chambers of commerce, fully publicize the functions of the workshop, guide member enterprises to use the multi-disciplinary dispute resolution method to solve legal disputes, deeply understand the needs of the grassroots international chambers of commerce and member enterprises for legal services, and carry out activities such as legal lectures and training, so that multi-disciplinary commercial and legal services can promote the exchange of economic and trade cooperation and assist the judicial field of Qinzhou to become a preferred place for the settlement of civil and commercial disputes relating to foreign affairs, and escort the high-quality development of Qinzhou's foreign trade and economy with high-quality commercial legal services.
