Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trade company?

A: We have been in the manufacturing biz of plastic items for over 30 years. We also work with co-working factories for items out of our collection.

Q: what are your company's main products?

A: We manufacture plastic products in the past 30 years, the main products are gift like keychain & fridge magnet, kitchenware and household items etc.

Q: Is the sample fee refunded when the order is placed?

A: If you place order reaching MOQ within 3 months from the date of quotation, the sample fee, in general, will be refunded to you.

Q: How do you control the quality?

A: We pride ourselves of providing quality products to many big brands. We have strict QC and QA system, following MIL std105e standard for most items.every unit of product is designed to be manufactured with the best quality control. From the movie clip of keychain production, you can see how the robot machine works to avoid fingerprint on keychain, and the worker does every possible to protect the product free from scratches.

Q: will you have any difference from pre-production sample, shipment sample and bulk production?

A: Pre-production sample is the standard for production and QC, no difference is allowed unless approved by customer. The shipment sample is taken from the mass production, so it reflects truly the quality of product.
